STEPS TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Log in to your account.

2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue."

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code that appears there.

4. Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.

5. Click the "Request Return" button for the order you want to return.

6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note to the store.

8. Click "Request a refund."

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After returning the product, you'll receive a refund. For more information, see our Returns and Refund Policy .
